Authentic documentary wildlife photograph, square 1:1. Two wild brown rats with damp, natural fur meet face to face on a moss-covered fallen log above a shallow woodland stream. One grips a hazelnut in its forepaws while the other stretches forward, whiskers taut, one paw braced on the bark: a tense, energetic standoff over the nut, no injury. Eye-level view from a respectful distance, 300mm telephoto compression, the pair in the lower centre of the frame, soft out-of-focus ferns and grey water behind. Soft overcast diffuse daylight, natural muted greens, umber and silver-grey, believable exposure, accurate anatomy, realistic fur and whiskers, plausible shallow depth of field, subtle sensor grain. Quiet observational mood. No people, no props, no text, no logos, no watermarks.
