Wide-Petalled Poppy
A single coral-red poppy with exaggerated uneven petals and a bent green stem, rendered in textile-like marker strokes on cream.
Small 640×256, Medium 1200×480
Finished editorial marker illustration, landscape 5:2. One wild poppy, its enormous asymmetric coral-red bloom occupying the left third, with four broad rounded petals and one small charcoal centre. One petal stretches unusually far sideways. A thin dark-green stem bends gently toward the lower middle, ending at the bottom edge, with one tiny leaf. Loose hand-drawn contours and flat chunky marker fills. Suggest woven cloth through a few broad crossing bands of lighter and darker colour inside the petals, with blunt yarn-like edges; no intricate weave or hatching. Warm cream background, generous uninterrupted empty space across the right half. Playful disproportion, clear silhouette, restrained coral, brick-red and green palette. Keep the flower instantly legible at thumbnail size. No people, extra blooms, tools, text, logos or watermarks.
