The Escaped Cuff
A close photograph of blue cotton, coral knit and striped shirting overlapping beside sunlit greenhouse glass.
Small 640×427, Medium 1200×800
Real-life editorial macro photograph, 3:2 landscape. Closely crop the nested sleeve cuffs of a layered outfit left hanging on a hook inside a rural greenhouse; hook and upper garments outside the frame, no wearer. A faded blue cotton work-jacket cuff overlaps a muted coral sweater cuff, with cream-and-blue striped shirting emerging underneath. One small shirt corner has naturally folded outward, interrupting the broad diagonal fabric bands with a playful pointed curl. Make the clothing layers identifiable while their shapes approach abstraction. Low golden-hour sunlight enters through greenhouse glazing from the right, grazing the fabric edges and leaving soft shadows between layers. A narrow area of softly resolved glass and one metal glazing bar establishes the setting. Close-focus 100mm macro lens, focus on the overlapping edges, natural optical falloff. Realistic colour, ordinary fabric irregularity, no exaggerated fiber detail, artificial grain, HDR or manufactured wear. No people, no text, no logos or watermarks.
