Standalone contemporary sculptural abstraction, square 1:1. One thin rectangular sheet of silver-gelatin photographic paper, carrying only a smooth exposure gradient from pale silver to near-black, is sharply creased along a single off-centre ridge. Two unequal planar facets form a low angular relief, viewed obliquely from above. Place the compact form diagonally in the lower-left half of an expansive matte muted-burgundy field. Precise straight edges, a hairline pale paper edge, subtle emulsion sheen, no depicted scene within the photographic surface. Broad upper-left light makes the ridge luminous and casts one narrow, soft-edged shadow to the right. Restrained tonal transitions, crisp silhouette, generous negative space, polished editorial finish. The composition itself is the artwork, not a framed print or presentation mockup. No rooms, people, text, logos or watermarks.
