Evening Cuff
A seated blind adult adjusts a faded striped sweater cuff in late window light, with a folded white cane beside the chair.
Small 512×640, Medium 960×1200
Contemporary editorial photograph, vertical 4:5. An anonymous blind adult sits sideways on an ordinary wooden chair beside a high apartment window at early evening, casually tugging one stretched sweater cuff with the opposite hand. Knees-up three-quarter portrait, relaxed shoulders, neutral unposed expression; do not use closed eyes to signify blindness. A folded white mobility cane rests unobtrusively against the chair. Faded ochre-and-cream striped knit against a plain muted blue wall. A narrow patch of warm light from the upper window crosses the face, sleeve and lap, surrounded by cooler natural room shadow; no artificial spotlight. Frame slightly off-centre, with uncluttered wall above and one window edge visible. Eye-level 50mm photography, moderate depth of field, realistic exposure, natural skin and irregular knit texture. A familiar evening pause, not a sentimental tableau. No manufactured grain, HDR, artificial blur, text, logos or watermarks.
