Colour Around the Corner
A tall, narrow passerby studies a bold geometric mural wrapping around a low street-corner wall in a simple marker illustration.
Small 400×640, Medium 750×1200
Finished hand-drawn geometric editorial illustration, portrait 5:8. A comically broad, squat neighbourhood wall occupies the lower-left two-thirds, seen obliquely so its mural wraps visibly around one corner. Huge coral nested circles, a mustard semicircle and an elongated teal arch cover the wall in bold flat marker fills. A narrow strip of unpainted warm-grey plaster establishes the physical wall. One fictional passerby at the lower right has an unusually long torso, short legs, an oversized ochre coat and a tiny dark-haired head tilted upward in curiosity; minimal facial marks, simple hands resting at their sides. The mural remains the focal point. One pavement line, soft cream background, generous empty space above. Slightly uneven thick marker contours, sparse marker streaks, asymmetric silhouettes, no intricate texture or extra street furniture. No text, logos or watermarks.
