Chance at the Edge
An ivory die rests near the edge of a pale stone terrace ledge beneath a dotted pattern of sunlight and shadow.
Small 384×640, Medium 720×1200
Hyperrealistic editorial photograph, portrait 3:5. One ordinary ivory six-sided game die with recessed black pips rests flat, a few millimetres back from the sharp edge of a pale limestone terrace ledge outdoors. Elevated oblique viewpoint, 70mm lens; the die occupies roughly one eighth of the frame width. The ledge cuts diagonally across the lower half, with a softly blurred shaded courtyard far below. Direct sunlight passes through an off-frame perforated metal canopy, casting a regular field of small circular light spots across the stone, like a physical halftone pattern echoing the die's pips. Keep the die's upper face clearly visible with five correctly arranged pips. Subtle wear on its corners, believable stone grain, grounded contact shadow, controlled highlights. Generous uncluttered stone surface above the die, restrained warm-neutral colour grading, quiet tension. A real staged photograph, not an illustration or CGI. No people, text, logos or watermarks.
