Canalside Quad Stretch

Finished hand-drawn marker editorial illustration, 16:9 landscape. At the left third, one adult in right-facing profile performs a standing quadriceps stretch on a canal towpath: upright torso, one planted leg, other knee bent downward with heel lifted behind, one simple hand holding that ankle. Distinctive exaggerated silhouette with long legs, broad rounded hips, compact torso and tiny head; minimal face. Coral shorts, deep teal top, cream trainers. A pale towpath runs beside a straight canal extending across the right two-thirds; two simple bank edges establish the setting. Broad amber strokes reflect golden-hour light on muted blue water. Loose dark marker contours, flat colour fills, slight stroke overlap, no intricate hatching. Keep the pose clear at thumbnail size and leave generous pale peach breathing room above the canal. One scene, no other people, no medical elements. No text, logos or watermarks.
