A Little Pool of Green
A translucent green soap bar sits in a coral-painted retail shelf compartment, with daylight casting its colour onto the shelf.
Small 512×640, Medium 960×1200
Quiet documentary product photograph, portrait 4:5. Close oblique view of a small coral-painted wooden beauty display shelf outside a neighbourhood shop, exposed to open sky. One unwrapped translucent sea-green glycerin soap bar remains in a shallow compartment; portions of two empty neighbouring compartments establish the retail shelf. Low afternoon daylight passes through the soap and casts a luminous green patch onto the matte coral shelf, with soft blue sky fill in the shadows. The soap is the clear focal point, slightly off-centre, with generous empty shelf space above it. Straightforward 50mm perspective, enough depth of field to retain the shelf edges, realistic exposure and natural colour. Slightly uneven soap edges and ordinary brush-painted wood, without manufactured grime. No artificial light emission, staged props, people, text, logos or watermarks.
